1. FilDA单币借贷挖矿激励仍是整体40% FilDA的奖励、LP流动性挖矿奖励仍是整体40% FilDA的奖励，没有变化 
2. 2月3日原保险池升级为DAO保险池，赋予FilDA治理功能，原保险池的收益归DAO池
3. DAO保险池的退出锁定周期仍为3天 
4. DAO保险池收益有两部分：FilDA挖矿收益（整体15% FilDA的奖励）+平台收益分红，即原保险池FilDA收益不仅没减少，还增加了平台分红权益
5. 仅DAO保险池获得平台分红，参与DAO治理即分红
6. 平台收益主要为利息，分红形式用收益在市场购买HT并空投给DAO保险池
