DAO治理激励占整体社区激励15%，存FilDA挖FilDA，按质押FilDA占总体质押数目的比例来瓜分奖励池。 DAO治理的作用是让用户参与进项目发展与运营，共享FilDA协议收益与共担风险。 

当市场剧烈波动时，贷款额度使用率高的用户可能面临被清算风险，清算完全由链上执行，任何链上清算合约均可以足额资产来执行清算，代替这类用户还款，但清算人将获得用户质押资产，清算人一次最多清算此账户中50%资产。

保险池的作用是在出现极端行情时，譬如2020年3月12日的行情，由于没有足够清算商提供流动性导致资产无法被清算时，造成存款用户本金损失的情况下，用于补贴受损用户。目前保险池还没有设置管理员账户，在设置了管理员账户以后，当发生系统性风险时补偿受损用户，管理员每次最多可以提取50%资产。

 其运行规则如下：

* 保险资金池必须在在配置管理员账号之后才可以被提取，每次最大提取50%。
* 用户存入即可开始挖矿。
* 挖矿产生的FilDA代币可以随时提取。
* 用户提取资金必须先提交申请，再等待72小时后才可以提取。
* 管理员账号初始为空，设置管理员要等待96小时后生效。
* 未来会将管理员改为DAO治理模式，由社区投票
